Data Fusion Sources

Choose which external platforms to fetch during enrichment. Candidate websites and portfolio links are always fetched.

LinkedIn

Fetch public LinkedIn profile for corroboration. Requires Proxycurl API key (Integrations tab).

GitHub

Fetch GitHub profile, pinned repos, and README for technical candidates.

Stack Overflow

Fetch Stack Overflow profile and top answers for developer candidates.

Facebook

Fetch public Facebook profile. Limited data — most profiles are private.

Twitter / X

Fetch recent posts and bio for thought leadership evidence.

Candidate Websites & Portfolios Always On

Personal websites, portfolio links, and blog URLs found in the resume are always fetched and parsed. This cannot be disabled.

Skill Normalization

How extracted skills are matched to the taxonomy.

Vendor Certification Expansion

Automatically expand certifications (e.g. "AWS Solutions Architect") into constituent skills for matching.

Fuzzy Matching

Allow approximate skill name matching (e.g. "React" matches "React.js"). Disable for strict matching only.

Scoring

How scorecards are generated.

Auto-detect Seniority

Read seniority from the JD and apply the matching weight profile. When off, all JDs use the default band below.

Risk Modifiers

Apply stability risk and role-switch risk modifiers to the final score.

Auto-score on Pipeline Complete

Processing

Auto-assign JD from Filename

If the PDF filename starts with a job code (e.g. "4J33UY_John_Doe.pdf"), automatically assign to that JD.

Move the original PDF from the intake folder to the processed archive in GCS.

Duplicate Detection

Skip processing if the same candidate (by email or document hash) has already been scored.
